You can get singles from http://www.chilternrailways.co.uk/ for £10 e/w Marylebone to Birmingham Snow Hill. If you can find 3 people to travel with you get a groupsave4 return for £64 between you = £16 each.

How are the allocation of tickets worked out ? is it due to the clubs home ground capacity? eg kent holds just over 8 thousand sussex just over 7 thousand and so on.

How many of the tickets sold at Edgbaston went in advance to Warwickshire supporters expecting to want to be there?

And at least some Sussex supporters got a look in, knowing the QF result. What about Lancashire or Hampshire fans?

I've just phoned the SCCC ticket office ... got through immediately ... ordered tickets ... paid by credit card ... total time of telephone call - 3 minutes 2 seconds.

Don't be expecting too much. It took the bloke who was getting our tickets for the FPT Final (who bought them in exactly the same way as you did there via SCCC) eight extra days and over 40 phone calls to eventually receive them.

Any idea what the long range weather forecast is for the day of the finals?, especially as they have just admitted that they got the prediction of a sunny August wrong.

Dont want to buy tickets and arrange travel if its going to be a wash out or reduced overs due to rain
