Trescothick was such a great player, shame he wont do what the country needs

Really? I thought Trescothic's 6 in the final that hit the roof looked the biggest? Good innings by Dr, shame how he got out, no complaints though.

That led to a slight over-celebration in our section with us goading the Somerset numpties behind us, the jaw dropping swearfest incident left a poor Sussex girl startled, I apologised to her for Uncle Buck's outrageous behaviour as she was actually WELL FIT.

The stewards were a pain not letting the players come over at the end.

we saw Yasir, Murray, Robbo and Yardy after the game around the back of the pavilion and they all looked elated. Yasir gave his shirt to a Kent fan who was really complementary towards him. They were all still wearing their medals and had big smiles.

Bruce Talbot indicated they were staying in the Thistle, we headed over to the bar in one of the thistles but no sign of the team, just gloomy looking Kent fans. The team may have sore heads for the games this week in Somerset which I imagine they will head straight down too.

I am sure they will do something at the next pro 40 game so the fans can show their appreciation of the teams feat.
