Just a heads up that the Sun are doing their cheap football tickets promotion again, and our game at Cardiff is one of the games eligible for their promotion.

Collect 4 tokens from The Sun, and you can get 2 Adult Tickets for £19.50. Not bad considering 1 Adult ticket bought on the day will set you back £26.

I believe they stop issuing tokens on Monday so you'll have to be quick!

I would rather pay £100 a ticket than even take a token out of a copy of the sun that I'd found in the gutter.

I've just got the pull-out, and in the small print it says away tickets must be obtained from the away club! Imagine the confusion regarding people turning up at our ticket office with an application form and four tokens attached, asking for two away Cardiff tickets for £19.50! Not going to happen I should imagine ???

This is true of course. Fortunately one knows someone who still buys The Sun, so one's asked them to save the tokens.

Personally I'd be more than happy to pose as a Sun reader for four days if it means I'm paying £9.50 a ticket instead of £26.

There. I said it. Moral arguments are all well & good but none of us are exactly rich at the moment and if it's saving me sixteen quid a head, principles are going out the window, quite frankly. Now, what time is Jeremy Kyle on?

Thanks for putting the question on ATC, saved me the effort.

Has anyone purchased these yet? I have the four tokens but not the form to go with it - is the form required?

Yes. Printed off the form from the website and attached tokens. Took it along to the Cardiff ground on saturday (as I live here) and got the tickets.
After some persuding they gave me the tickets but they initially told me I had to go through Brighton to get them in the away end.

Does anyone know if I take the vouchers along with me on Wednesday will I be able to buy 2 tickets on the day for £19? I got them and assumed you had to send off for the tickets. I only realised you had to take them into the ticket office after the Donny game.

Can't decide whether I can be bothered or not and probably won't do until Wednesday morning. For £52 for two of us I probably can't but £19 makes it a slightly more attractive proposal.

I'd give Cardiff a bell mate, using the number from the paper. There is a limit on the number of promotional tickets though and I've no idea if this has been reached. It would appear that Cardiff aren't averse to selling promotional away tickets though, as some people have mentioned getting them through Cardiff.
