England 450-4 (117.4 overs)
Cook 213* Stokes 1*
Should be a fun 'afternoon' session with plenty of batting to come

Hopefully just knock it around the ground until just before tea.
If those are the questions that interest you, then maybe we should organise a game against France? This WI team is incredibly poor, made all the worse because of the anti-T20 bias in their selection process. Are people really going to want to pay to watch this standard of opposition in 5 years time?
It's not that it is so one-sided. It is the fact that everybody KNEW it was going to be this one-sided.
I guess the difference is that we were picking our strongest test team against a far superior opposition, this isn't the strongest team that the WIndies could have selected.Turn that on its head. It's exactly what the West Indies were saying about England before, during and after the back-to-back series 5-0 Blackwash drubbings.
Alastair Cook lbw Chase 242 (407 balls, 33 fours)
and England declare 514-8 (135.5 overs)
Slightly surprising but a good move from captain Root... Anderson and Broad can have a nice go at the openers before 'tea'.
Huge shout for LBW... Erasmus doesn't give it... but he has had several shockers already... looked like it might be high/leg??
