I asked about dresscode. "At this stage" football shirts are not allowed to be worn in the lounges, but ARE allowed to be worn in the seats.
I get the feeling the strength of feeling from members will soon change this to allow them in the lounges too though.

Children should be allowed to wear the stripes, say under 16s. Otherwise no.

Agree, I saw plenty of old Withdean & Goldstone people. Whatever people say, there are plenty of passionate supporters in 1901

People who have had to sit at Withdean for 11 years in old jeans in case they get soaked. People who now want to embrace Brighton & Hove for what it is and want to experience the different environment that the Albion are very very eager to promote. the 'new dimension in corperate entertainment'

Speak for yourself.....I think its a disgrace. There should be no jeans, no trainers and no colours. Who do these people think they are, turning up like something the cat has dragged in. It reflects poorly on them, the club and those that have made an effort. They should be denied access if their dress code is deemed inappropriate and warned about future conduct.
This ' dressing-down ' all the time has got to stop. It is indicative of our lazy and indolent society. Some of you out there need a good dose of National Service, with some order and discipline learnt.
Me..I shall dress smartly as normal. Sports jacket, open neck silk shirt, cravat, monocle, oxford bags, spats and silver topped cane. That for me is the bench-mark. Its just a bloody shame that a lot of people have no class and no decency.

You aren't exactly required to wear morning dress. I never have a problem with a dress code on a golf course or day at the races - can't see why people are making such a fuss.

Good point. I tend to view dress codes as a chance to have a rethink about my wardrobe and maybe (almost certainly) buy some new items. A dress code does not mean you are forced to wear grey slacks and Clarks shoes against your will. Embrace it, and you could look better for it.
