If Barber wasn't doing what he was employed for Bloom/The Board would have gotten rid of him by now. Everyone aims their hatred at him as though he is personally responsible for everything but he has a remit from his bosses.

As far as the club is concerned he is the boss, (excluding non playing staff) ultimately everyone answers to him.He wouldn't have it any other way.

Yes but also he has people he answers to. That is Tony Bloom and directors. If they didn't like what he was doing with the club they'd get rid of him. Also they give him a remit and tell him what they want him to do (broadly speaking, doubt they say he should write really long email replies).

I'm not sure that he does answer to the directors, he is deputy chairman, so when Tony is not there they answer to him surely?

Also, which toilet would a non-binary use ?

They queues for the ladies would probably be a factor in the decision, I expect.

That’s easy, don’t assign anything to the toilets. This is already happening elsewhere.

Even as a board member he is still answerable to the board as a whole and, ultimately, to the Chairman. It doesn’t matter whether the Chairman is physically in Brighton or Brisbane!
