Worse day I out I have ever had and that with the Albion over the years is saying something
I was there, remember I didn't have any money on the match, however when we got back to Brighton we decided to go for celebration early breakfast and beer at the casino and came out about 350 up so double celebration. That was also the night damaged my ankle ligaments although didn't realise at the time. As we were walking from the station to Selhurst it was just going along with the crowd, I didn't see someone had left a skateboard at the side of the pavement and managed to do a very Homeresque fall using the aforementioned skateboard.

A great night thank you Mark McGhee and Paul McShane. A highlight in an otherwise poor season.
The five nil was the Worst footballing day of my life. We tried to leave at four but the Police wouldn't let us. Also woke up at a party the following morning after getting smashed to ease the pain and someone had written 5-0 on my forehead after Id passed out. I didn't see the funny side!
