Edit : as an aside, In a branch of Lidl in France a few years back I bought a pack of Toulouse sausages, the ingredient list quoted 92% Pork Meat...bloody EU, imposing minimum standards....

MSG in your sausage roll = worry about where the meat came from

Sausages usually are made from the left over cuts of meat & mixed with edible fillers to bulk them out . Healthy they are not . The only exception being if you go to a good quality butcher who make their own fresh and who can tell you what’s it it .
