Didn't we finish 10th last season?! Always the BAD FANS who are the FIRST TO MOAN
I must admit I have been a bad fan.
Expecting us to beat lower league opposition. Expecting us to look like we had a clue, or gave a shit after going 1 then 2 down.
I'll be a good fan now, and follow the sheep on NSC like the rest of you.

NEVER lets your standards drop mate. It was a woeful result and utterly embarrassing. As an oldie I have seen 4 seasons in the top flight and an FA Cup final so my bar is set higher.

The fact is Poyet did not give a rats arse about this game and the changing room talk before the game would have gone along the lines of
" this game means nothing "
" do not injure yourself for this match it is not worth it "
" try and lose the game if possible, but don't make it too obvious "

You can't judge anything based on one game. Chelsea game reinforces we are excellent at home. Swindon game shows we continue to have problems away albeit we had 4/5 players missing.

Agreed. The bloke has worked absolute wonders at this club already, he deserves time to learn about the Championship.
And for the record, I think his stubbornness is EXACTLY what will make him a great manager, long term.

Exactly. The fact we have only won 3 times in the 23 games on the road, or hasn't got anything near the best out of CMS to the extent the CMS wants out, or struggles to put out a side that can manage 3 shots on target isn't important at the moment. It's all about where we are in 4 years time at the end of his contract.
