According to SCR the decision will be announced in the next hour or so. The letter will arrive at 7:30 and the announcement will be made around 8am.

So it keeps getting updated. Now they're saying decision arrives at 7:30 and is announced to "everyone" at 8:00. I guess it'll happen when it happens
