I have the greatest respect for people who do this whatever their personal circumstances are
Even if I did have the time and the money I doubt I could be arsed to go to every single game
I think I have too many other addictions that would get in the way even though I kid myself that Brighton come above them all

I've been close - missing roughly 3 games per season since 2004

Closest I ever came was 1969 and again in 1970 when I deliberately went for it but I missed two games each season and again in 72. In 71 I think I missed four and about the same in 73, 74 and 75. After that life got in the way and these days I'm lucky to see 10 or 12 games a year and only 1 or 2 of those will be at home. Thankfully the internet has come to my rescue.

Admiration and envy for those who achieve it.

I did a 100% season when we won League 1 with Peter Taylor in charge. Also, as most people are aware because I have mentioned it enough, I went from Easter 1993 until Easter 2007 without missing a single competitive home game.

Albion & England forever.

Only do the big games, why the hell would anyone want to drag all the way up to Carlisle on a wet weekend for a mid table nothing match is beyond me ;)

Having kids & Grimsby Away on a Tuesday night!!

Respect to those who can. I knew someone who managed Hartlepool midweek in February! It helped that his job offered flexibility to do that and that his wife and kids were keen fans also.

Beware of the health risks!

I knew an old boy in Worthing years ago who had a 30 year 100% record for home games. When he missed a rearranged Tuesday night game that he didn't realise was on, and he was utterly shattered that his record had been lost.

He died a few weeks later and I have always wondered if that had anything to do with it.
