Mickey is half way through transforming the side into a Mickey team.
The mistake was made by Knight getting Dean which meant this was always going to happen. That isn't Mickey;s fault though.
Mickey and Dean are two totally different managers. Therefore Mickey was never going to tinker with what Dean had created he was always going to almost start from base again. Thats the way he works. He will therefore need more time.
As a result I confidently predict that after Christmas we will be a force in this division. The only issue will be whether it is too late for us to mount a challenge for the play offs by then. However I feel sure we will be top ten and with a bit more luck on the injury front we will hit the top six.
