Jeff Stelling is NOT happy:lolol:

He spoke to a friend of mine at a call centre and came out with the immortal classic "Don't you know who I am!?" LOL!

Super bas....trouble at end of game.

Unfortunately Bas did his usual celebration after scoring. In the circumstances I fully understand the wrath of some of Pools' players. I just wish he had been given orders before the game started not to do The Moonwalk if he managed to score. It was definitely the wrong time. I am sure that the reaction of the Albion players would have been exactly the same if the boot had been on the other foot.

Why? Even in the circumstances, it isn't immoral to celebrate scoring - he didn't exactly mimic digging a grave or anything!

I hope it pissed off the Pool fans and players just as much as it pissed you off, are you a Brighton fan?

I don't see the issue with Bas celebrating myself. Obviously you can understand the emotions running high up there, and of course it was right that respects were paid before kick-off, but once the game is going on, then you have to take your chances if you can.

Bas won us the game in the last minute, and I don't blame him for celebrating the fact in his traditional manner.

Did he pretend to be driving a car into someone then?

Had he moonwalked over the geezers grave i could understand someone being upset.

Nobody likes to lose in the last min. It probably would have kicked off anyway.

Did he score at the 'away' end and celebrate infront of our fans or was it in the centre of the pitch with his team mates?

SCR - Bas says - rode his luck, lucky breaks, just hit it (bit like his goal at Gillingham).
but thinks they are off to Cheltenham in the JPT

If you don't mind, I am a boring liberal OLD fart.

Young middle aged or old, try to enjoy the victory its free to do so, BS showed no disrespect to the Pool fans, we went there to win.
Now you can sit down with you mates and go through the minutes of your last meeting of the LBF club.

Smile and cheer up, I wll buy you a beer at Falmer.

Well a "liberal view" would allow him to do his moonwalk wouldn't it ?

Politics has never been your strong point has it...:D
