Right next to the ground Brighton University have a strip of land that is virtually derelict, there is the Hive Bar and a caretakers office and thats it, the rest is empty with no immediate plans to do anything with it, the university are short of cash, if the club bought that land there is more...

Different seat today, there is a guy in block G in the North Stand getting everyone in front to sit down,not a tourist which be ok but turns out he is a season ticket holder, why not sit in any other part of the ground, it’s one of the biggest games in our history I don’t get it.

It looks great and and would be a massive improvement on what is already there although looking at the space I think it’s going to be a lot smaller than what people are expecting.
