[Albion] new away fan ID/ticketing system

Okay, I'm not aware that the loyalty points went that high. The club could just reduce the loyalty points of anyone caught to 150 points, that would then prevent them from being in T1 or T2. They don't need to ban the person for ten matches, which is something you would expect for abusing a...

[Albion] new away fan ID/ticketing system

I think the club is being extremely draconian with the punishment here. All they need to do if someone is caught, is deduct 100 points off their loyalty points, then they won't be able to buy tickets in T1 to T2 and pass them on will they? The phrase: 'it takes two to tango' springs to mind...

An idea worth considering, but let's wait and see what her family wishes to do.

[Albion] A message from the family of Jillian Howell.

A relative of Jillian Howell asked me to post this message on NSC for them: "Thank you for you kind messages about Jill, it humbles us at this difficult time. The pain and emotion of the events of the recent days is still very raw. As you may already know she fanatically supported Brighton and...

    Ed Bassford - Lord Bracknell

An Albion legend on this wonderful forum and in the fight for Falmer. I only knew him on here and Twitter and he was the type of person you listened to and learned from. RIP M'Lord. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    [Drinking] The Lost Pubs Project

So you think businesses that are so cash rich they can sell alcohol at a loss, which also pays less tax on alcohol didn't have much effect on the demise of pubs? You make a very valid point about well run firehouses, but I think there may be more tied premises and this is the type of...

    [Drinking] The Lost Pubs Project

You forgot to mention the supermarkets selling cheap booze and in some instances selling the booze at a loss! Supermarkets also pay less tax on booze than establishments in the hospitality business. This changed people's habits and meant people frequented pubs less, combine this with sky high...

    Historic Brighton Pubs

The one in Church Street must have changed its name at some point as before it was the Earth and Stars it was called the Windsor Tavern. Perhaps they changed it to avoid confusion with the other Windsor Castle? Great picture by the way. Edit: I've just seen your post mentioning the name change!
