I got the impression it was quite a proud moment for Colchester fans when Miller came on against Exeter, as he'd come through their youth system. The U's have a good academy, with two of their "graduates" going on to Bristol City and Peterborough this summer (Sammie Szmodics and Frankie Kent)...
I don’t understand why people think it’s a joke. They played in the kit in a friendly last night and have been contacted by the FA for potential breach of the rules.
Colchester United home and away kits for next season (the camo trim on the away kit points to Colchester's military history, and the home kit is pointing to the all blue they played in when beating Leeds in the FA Cup in the 70s).
Do you mean have you ever been an adulterer, who has wrecked another man’s marriage/relationship and potentially left irreparable damage on his family and children? No, no I haven’t.
What an utterly reprehensible thread. You should be ashamed of yourself for even trying to glorify this.
Completely agree. Naylor’s perspective and rationality in the midst of our often irascible fans was really refreshing. Enjoyed his mid-game updates on Twitter as well. All the best to him in the future, will certainly miss his insight.
Went to about five Colchester United games last season and hoping to go to plenty more next season. Atmosphere a bit lacking but really enjoyable and very easy for me to get to.
Seen VfB Stuttgart play as well against Mainz 05 a few years ago. Good experience and adore Germany.
I wonder if Potter saw Tomer play against Swansea this season and thought he'd be useful this year.
Delighted for him, absolute professional and great role model.
Yep, and sadly Wasps are capturing the hearts of many people there, especially families. Lived in Coventry for best part of 8 years until last November and far more people I worked with mentioned Wasps than the Sky Blues. Really sad state of affairs there as these same people talk about the FA...
Agree, especially about Tyler. I get that he was disappointed as an Englishman that we were losing, but saying that Stones' over-playing at the back sent a bad message to young footballers up and down the country was laughable.
Did agree with much of what Neville said, but a lot as you say was...
Blimey, a load of overreactive responses coloured by past England team's failures and not judging this on merit. We had a midfield bereft of all the World Cup stars due to the Champions League and still almost, almost won this game. Our second half plan of sitting back and hitting on the counter...
Wonderful to see that Charlton are finally back in the Championship, especially as the last time we played them they were on their way down. Good friends of the Albion.
