I'm really, really excited for the Cup this year as we have a genuine chance of making the final; which of course means we'll bloody lose tomorrow.
Absolutely loved the semi-final day against City four years ago. Magical. Imagine if we'd have scored! I want that opportunity again to go to Wembley.
Really, really good point and needs to be acknowledged. Problem is most pundits are ex-players (Simon Jordan often points this out) and therefore won't ever suggest this could be true.
I agree. In hindsight a mistake, but I see what RDZ was trying to do. In his defence it was a ridiculous mix up between Undav and Buonanotte (I think it was them) on the break that led to them breaking on us.
I thought we were good for 70 minutes until the change. Several players not quite on...
Others have said it before: we are a reactive crowd. Give us something to cheer about or become indignant over and we're incredible. First 20 mins of Sheffield Wednesday in Playoff Semis was the best atmosphere I have ever, ever experienced at a game. Score early against Fulham and the...
First game since 2019 that I'm able to go to and I thought the April fixtures had already been decided. Bloody Nora, just my luck it'll be changed to Friday night. 😡😡
What a legend, must have felt incredible for a Sussex lad to get a goal at Selhurst and celebrate with the Albion fans, shushing the Palace lot in the process. Magnificent performance. Love you Solly!
A poor man's Tomer Hemed for me at the moment but after reading lots of the positive comments on here and hearing RDZ's comments, happy to admit I could be wrong. I didn't watch last week's game admittedly.
100% agree with you on offsides and penalties. The number of penalties given for challenges that in no way denied a clear goal scoring opportunity are staggering. Unless the player is about to have a clear shot, they should be indirect free kicks.
I maintain that he is the ONLY Albion figure unifying enough to have a statue built of him when he retires.
If we built Bloom, some would say Dick. If we built Muzza, some would say Ward or Bobby.
I don't think anyone would complain at Lewis being the first Albion player immortalised in stone.
