    [Albion] Alireza Jahanbakhsh joins Feyenoord

Would that make Jahanbaksh better or Trossard worse?

[Albion] Austria pre-season friendly v FC Liefering - Sat. 13th July

Pretty much the same as last season for the regulars, also: 12 Sanders 15 Trossard 19 Alzate 21 Clarke 31 Walton

[Albion] Austria pre-season friendly v FC Liefering - Sat. 13th July

Knockaert and Andone aren't too impressed with each other.

[Football] VAR - will football ever be the same again?

Not picking on you specifically, but the phrase "VAR ref" is going to be really irritating every time I hear it (and suspect I'll hear it a lot).

    [Albion] Training kit

Only a quick (and messy) tweak but I agree this looks nicer.

    [Albion] Training kit

Yeah this one looked nice: The one on the store is a very different (and, IMHO, far inferior): Weird.

[Albion] Fans’ Forum 8/8; open training at Amex 24/7

    That's a lot of training.

    [Football] AFCON 2019 Official Thread

A bit more now the game has finished. The player he reminded me most of is Knockaert with a bit of Izquierdo thrown in; an offensive winger who is happy to take on his man (although without so many tricks, and more often at speed). Didn't appear interested in defensive duties. Started on the...

    [Football] AFCON 2019 Official Thread

Played both right and left, and provided the assist for the goal. Not the greatest of games, mind.

    [Albion] Message from club today...

A number of email systems allow you to add suffixes to email addresses by adding '+' and the suffix to the address. For example if I was seagulls@gmail.com I could send messages to seagulls+child1@gmail.com and seagulls+child2@gmail.com and they would all come through to seagulls@gmail.com so...

[Albion] What games are you missing due to being on holiday?

United and Liverpool at home, Norwich away.

[Albion] New Rules For Next Season

Is there any existing rule on where a wall can be (apart from the obvious one where it can't be too close to the ball)? Does the wall have to be standing still? Does it have to be in a direct line between the ball and the goal? If not, would love to see the defending team form a "roving wall"...

[Albion] Saturday - bad vibes in the family area

Surprised to get this far in to the thread and not find someone pointing out that E1H isn't actually family stand, it's only E1G at the southern end.

[Albion] Given that one draw won't help us...

...and the chances of getting two draws in our next two games is looking pretty slim, is there any chance that we have a bit of a go in either game?

[Albion] Official Albion v Manchester City FA Cup semi-final planning thread Sat 6th April, 17.30pm

I'm sure they won't change their already announced system because it's a pain for me, but it's a pain nonetheless. Having to wait while people take 1s and 2s makes finding blocks later harder. (your second point isn't relevant anyway; the ticket website has had a queueing system in place for...

[Albion] Official Albion v Manchester City FA Cup semi-final planning thread Sat 6th April, 17.30pm

Don't understand why, if all season ticket holders are guaranteed a ticket, they don't just open it up to all STHs at the same time. Makes group booking a pain.
