Just phoned the club and they have answered my question for me. All the tickets are gone. If anyone has a couple of spares at any time between now and the game please let me know - I'll make it worth your while.
I agree with all of your comments on the game. I thought the first half was one of the best Albion performances that we've seen at the AMEX and we tailed off in the second. The ref was truly awful and should have sent Barton off which would have massively changed the direction of the game. Apart...
Thanks, nice to see that NSCers are as generous of spirit as ever. Austin is a nice City but as I've only ever been here during the music festival I can't say what it's like any other time.
Well done all, thanks Forest, can't believe we're second in the league. Terrific comeback from the terrible results of December. Sitting by the pool with a Shiner Bok in 32 degrees heat, my bad.
Is it not the case that Kayal is just one booking away from a suspension? If I'm right CH might well have decided that the midfield battles in last nights game were going to be a bit tasty and that, as such, Sidwell would be the better option and that it would be wise to save Kayal for another...
As the OP I feel I should qualify my post; I think Skalak is going to be a class player for us and he has already shown glimpses of that. He had two bad moments in front of goal which I am more than prepared to forgive him for as we were already 4 goals to the good. That said, I wonder if the...
Forgive me father for I have sinned.
I owned a Bond Bug in the mid seventies. It was actually quite a lot of fun and the ladies liked it. The main problem with it - as I discovered when ferrying our portly drummer to a rehearsal - was that it would drag on the ground when cornering hard. Also...
OK, if you read back through the thread you will see that I'm not alone in having an unprejudiced appreciation of Heskey. He was a feature of many memorable games in the last 12 years.
Perhaps I'm not quite so mean spirited as some on here. I'm not inhibited by having a blinkered, monocular view of the game and the players and I've always liked Heskey.
Liverpool legend! Of course, I would not be posting this if we'd lost. But, we didn't, and what could be better than three points and seeing the Hesk score, tidy.
