Exactly the same. Everyone around me is a pleasure to be around pretty much. Friendly, chatty but not too much, get involved in the singing and it's all good. There have been two blokes not far behind me the past couple of games who are new and I'm hoping aren't going to be there for too long...
I'm not sure about the etiquette of waiting until the eulogies had begun before you asked the widow. It perhaps put her in an uncomfortable position of feeling she had no choice but to allow you and so avoid an embarrassing scene. In future it'd perhaps be best to ask before the day of the service.
WSU, around row L or so of W3D a guy who was obviously a Roma fan without the commonsense to be discreet about it caused a bit of aggravation in the first half. Several stewards had a long chat with him then left him where he was, where he spent the whole time video calling his mate and showing...
The trouble is the Greens aren't good enough entertainment to get the coverage to have influence.
The Green Party had an MP and were growing at the same rate as UKIP (who didn't have an MP) before the referendum yet UKIP appeared on 24% of Question Time shows, the Greens just 7%...
It to be 1-1 in the 98th minute, then Sanchez to boot the ball into Caicedo, the rebound hitting Cucurella and resulting in an own goal. We then qualify for Europe over Chelsea at the end of the season by a goal difference of 1.
(I'm confident Newcastle will implode before the end of the season...
I agree. Through work I've met quite a few prominent and less prominent MPs over the past 20 or so years and she stands out by a country mile and only in good ways whether I agree with her on something or not.
I'm sure a big ego is essential to be in the positions they are in, and believing they can fix Chelsea where others have failed might be tempting enough (alongside the financial rewards even if they fail).
I find buying jeans that fit and are comfortable a nightmare. There are no styles designed for people that enjoy leg day at the gym or cycle a lot, or do both. If you have a relatively slim waist and relatively big legs then you've got no chance except baggy skater-boy jeans because everything...
Oh gawd. I have on occasion worn dark blue or dark green chinos to football (never office-beige). I'm in the "rarely finding jeans comfortable" group but a nice relaxed pair of Fat Face (for example) chinos aren't that formal, are hard wearing, and for me infinitely more comfortable year round...
I don't think this has been done yet. Two to kick it off:
God's Footballer - Billy Bragg's song about Peter Knowles.
And Cristiano Ronaldo from the 4 Blocks soundtrack. I have LITERALLY NO IDEA what the lyrics are saying but it sounds a bit grumpy.
Almost certainly. I was listening on TalkSport and they were putting the boot into Chelsea and saying similar throughout extra time, just not so pre-planned. Stuart Pearce made a few comments before the goal saying Chelsea lacked courage and only Liverpool players looked like they wanted to win...
6th domestic final lost in a row, the only English team to achieve that record. And on their forum they are turning militant against the owners, the manager, and just about every single player too. It's glorious.
