The silliest insult someone has given you?

God I recall the awful rhyme that was very popular at school to the tune of ' pop goes the weasel '. Half a pound of nuts and bolts Half a pound of plastic Pop them in the washing machine Out pops a spastic :(

The silliest insult someone has given you?

No. The derivation was ' Bender '.

The silliest insult someone has given you?

Very popular as school was ' Benny ' or for extra emphasis you could declare someone to be ' many Benny '.

Sorry did I miss out on the well publicised audio recordings of that incident?

    [Humour] Harmless work pranks

Indeed. We had a rather unpleasant temp manager covering some maternity leave. We set it that every time they typed the word ' and ' the Word auto correct would change it to ' arse '. Not being Word savvy we suggested they must have been on some dodgy website and inadvertently downloaded the...

    [Humour] Harmless work pranks

Olden but golden and surprisingly it still worked. In a previous life I was doing the admin for some local authority resource officers ( same as social workers but without the degree) . We had one really nice female one who was a little ditzy. Whilst out on a client visit part of my role was to...

    [Albion] Premier League 3-6/5/24

Might take a little more than their IT team tidying their desks to sort out this shambles! Love United getting a spanking but gutted it's at the hands of Palace. Will Ten Haag even make it to the Cup Final? Not so much dead man walking more like sprinting!

    [TV] TV themes…

I'd love to post a theme but all of a sudden all my options to post videos/photos and even use emoticons are all greyed out. What setting have I inadvertently changed?

[Albion] Brighton & Hove Albion vs Aston Villa *** Official Match Thread ***

Pretty fair assessment. Nice to see Adingra back on it and as you say just the final ball was lacking at times. Enciso when he came on also added an injection of pace and directness. The manner of the win was critical as well since it was totally deserved and should raise confidence levels...

Well I've never seen Dick's bar with so many Villa fans in it! :(

    [Albion] Sarmiento

I know what you are saying but the alternative view is that others need to shoot more as the tippy tappy around the box trying to walk it in is not working

[Albion] Anyone actually going on Sunday?

I'm definitely going but my brother in law isn't and it's on the exchange. So it's a prime upper west seat half way up level with the half way line. And of course you have the pleasure of my company! :)

    [Albion] Premier League 3-6/5/24

Here comes another ' check the badge ' VAR decision. Ridiculous as ref was not going to give it but then the City players got on his back and he pointed to the spot.

    [Albion] Premier League 3-6/5/24

VAR check the badge.................it's a penalty of course. VAR is pointless if it can't spot the obvious deliberate hanging out of the leg to effectively kick the keeper's leg. It's a classic Harry Kane move.

[Albion] Roberto De Zerbi wanted to join the best — then they overlooked him

Currently certainly dribbling on them. Zero points from our remaining games which is distinctly possible would be full flow and even Bayern and the Italian clubs would be looking elsewhere
