As others have said regarding the bad country ownership test, highly difficult to operate. I think an enforced diligence time length is part of it and with digital ticketing / fan registration etc in place it would be possible to require the club to provide an election for the entire previous...
Yes, echoing others with a Hastings background like me. Very depressing to watch and sad for those shown. But probably mirrors the situation the length and breadth of the UK. And in Hastings that's (largely) without the student effect that also distorts housing availability in other places. I...

For anyone feeling hard done by on anything at the moment just remember that at least you can come to a ground with beer on tap and a decent, friendly atmosphere (as I did on Sunday and even with Mothers Day absences!) I'd be harder put to do that...

Lots of good points on this thread and in fairness the club with Paul Barber has always said it will be two steps forward and one (and occasionally two) steps back. That's just the journey we are on. So much to love about seeing Brighton playing on that stage last night.
Yeh that really is an emphatic statement of how far we've progressed - seeing an Italian Brighton coach at THAT Italian conference ahead of THIS Italian match..........come on the Albion.....
