    [Albion] Fab OUT

I'm sure it's been covered before – and I'm not doubting Mac's comments/opinion – but I reckon there are several now ex-Albion players who might not have the same opinion... But I agree with the general point that FH has a LOT to learn about management and the PL (he's only 31 and the youngest...

This post could be messageboard-defining :lolol:

[Misc] How Old Were You When You Stopped Believing In Father Christmas ?

The youngest Bobkin Jnr is just shy of 11 and I think they WANT to believe it but, in reality's, the game's up. Me? I can barely remember yesterday (thankfully), let alone when I found out.

    [Albion] Positives from today?

NSC probably got better-than-expected traffic due to the various meltdowns being committed to the interweb from people all across Sussex and beyond. And the subsequent 'perspective' posts from those on the other side. So, all in all, @Bozza is going to have a VERY Merry Christmas  🎅 💰

[Albion] Is there a worse result than being stuffed by Palace at home?

Not worse but, to me, every defeat is bad in equal measure. But once it's done, it's done and it's on the next one.

    [Albion] Fab OUT

Absolute bullshit – you believe wrong. The 'module' (otherwise known as a 'model') is for the club to be a consistent top-10 club. That doesn't even mean top 10 in every season from NOW, let alone Europe. And European football every season? Fack me, some fans are seriously deluded with ideas...

    [Albion] Fab OUT

Fair play to you. For some, losing a football match ruins they day/week - and losing against Palace is even worse. I'm neither of those, but I do get the reactions - to a point. As I said before, fans are looking for someone or something to blame. For many, that's the manager because a defeat...

Everyone does. That means the players, manager, backroom staff. Fans are just looking for SOMEONE or something to blame.

Yeah, because that's the ONLY factor I mentioned in my post!

    [Albion] Fab OUT

He's in a new league, with a bunch of new players and a load of injuries. He'll learn and hopefully improve. Hence why I say give him time. I didn't see anyone complaining when we were winning and top four. Maybe that's when he WASN'T out of his depth? Or was that down to the players and now...

    [Albion] Fab OUT

Give him time. I'd understand if we were cut adrift at the bottom of the table, but he's been brought in for the mid- to long-term. Getting rid now would be a mistake, IMO.

[Music] Band Aid 40 years on

I reckon most things are badly (or certainly don't improve with age), so it's not surprising people highlighting the lyrics.

[Albion] How much is Joao Pedro worth?

Dunno about that. I reckon a bid of £250m would probably warrant a conversation...

    [Food] The Great British Dilemma

Honestly is the best policy - and people should be able to give feedback if someone asks a question like that. Mediocre now seems to be the default setting for restaurant service, in my experience. And most people just accept it. Good for you, for doing what others wouldn't.
