The fear of getting left for dead at Phoenix got me out today for the first time in 2.5 weeks. Knee still unhappy but overall things felt OK and seemed to get better the further I went. Lots of stretching (@Greg Bobkin! Lucky bugger) and hopefully can continue tomorrow.
He's £40 a session. A runner himself and really passionate about his business. A nice guy, seems to be a real authority on running injuries and treatment.
I'm still crocked and being re assessed next week so I don't have a choice but have to admit I've not got the desire right now. Definitely a bit flat after BM. I have my usual summer 10k's to get through and will sign up for something longer once I know everything is working again. I have...

I'm out of action till further notice. Got another appointment with Physio tomorrow but no improvement for a week now. If I could manage 50m it would be on strava.
Yep, privelige to be at the Amex tonight and see a group of players put their hearts on the line and give it all they had. The passion and commitment on show tonight showed how much everyone wanted this to happen. Great atmosphere too, even the east upper leaving with sore throats. Gutted but...

Seems like quite a few of us delayed a Sunday run. The hangover and heat were enough for me to bail out but I went out tonight to make up for it. I forgot to charge my watch so went out with the phone instead. It's funny how reliant I've now become on my garmin, I felt blind without it and...
I'm going to try for London next year. Very unlikely I'll get a place at the first attempt but I've already got my place for brighton if unsuccessful and there's no way my knees would allow me to do both.
Took in a few more hills tonight in preparation for Sunday. I only looked at the course...
