What's wrong with playing in the Championship? He's 30, not wanted at his present club, and doesn't seem to be wanted by any of the big clubs. Lower PL or Championship is probably his level. Not one for us, I don't think (but what do I know).

Not when it's a step too far, too soon, no. Although we scraped through some of those matches by the skin of our teeth...............and then we were schooled by Roma. All in all, if we'd had a choice, I'd have gone Conference.
