We have a works syndicate, a few dropped out when it went up to £2. Last nights payout could be the last straw as a number of colleagues are wanting us to do the Health Lottery instead. Big,big mistake when they put it up to £2. If they reduced it to a £1 more people would play,simple.

Personally I`d rather keep the £25/£30 that I`d spend on ticket ,travel and refreshments in my pocket. I`d never even consider missing a home game in the past but now I have a mortgage to pay I have to decide whether it`s worth it. I tend to pray for away cup draws these days.
