i agree (today) that the edgh is f***ing shit.
in their defence, when my dad passed away a year ago last august, the mortuary were very accommodating when i asked to see him on a sunday.

thanks wardy, i have been surfing the net this morning and they all 'look' inviting but as you said they all seem to have some sort of credit agreement that needs to be signed. i also found an interesting document produced by the CAB called 'no win, no fee, no chance' which doesnt look too good...
