A general downward trend with a few ups and downs. It is the long term stability of the Euro in general that makes it a risk on the global market. The pound does not carry that same risk and has weathered the storm well. When looking for long term investment in Europe, the UK is a far more...
If you are talking about the P/E ration being double the average then yes, there are concerns, however that figure is not a reliable benchmark. Debatable at least.

Been reading about how much trouble the Euro is in after Brexit and now with the Italians looking like they are going to dump it, and the French discontent building towards a referendum, how much longer can Germany bankroll the whole thing?
The dip in the pound and our exit from the European...
Not sure I agree with that. I think the public have gotten used to being fed whatever the press think will sell paper. Newspapers sell paper, not news. If you do come across a well balanced view it is just seen as 'soft' reporting, no zippy headlines, no OMG = no sale.
If it was my daughter i would not give a flying f*** what 'genre' of attack it was so long as the c***s where caught and I could find out what nick they were in and what day they were being released.
Whether it was sexist, racist, transgender non-binary hate crime or what colour the w*nkers were...
Thought the 'we' was collective. Or was it royal???
Romantic? Dreamers? Prosper? I was only saying we should not be afraid of surviving in the PL, even with our squad as it is. Nothing romantic or dreamy about that. "Prosper" is another matter, I assume your talking about Europe or more?? Pray...
"We might love the current team/squad, but to think we'll just keep the same team and prosper in the PL is just a sentimental romantic dream."
............and your not willing to speculate who the romantic dreamers are in the squad but just throw this out there like it isn't a bit of a put...
Totally agree. I think this is what would happen with our current squad plus some new signings, IF we go up. I don't think we could 'do a Leicester' with what we have at the moment but with a few seasons under our belt we could be a strong contender for the upper half of the PL.
I know i'm...
Not a sentimental romantic dream at all. Yes we would need to improve the squad but don't write our current one off completely mate. Try telling every player at BHA they are not good enough for the PL. Some may agree, others would chin you. You make us sound like a Sunday league team
:wrong:
Noticed a lot of threads and comments that mention the PL in reverence as if it is populated by aliens with three legs who are unbeatable. IMHO, apart from the big six, there are no teams that BHA couldn't beat. Comments like Duffy or the possible incoming lad from Derby 'are not PL players' or...
If Ch brings him in, it's the right move. He looks like a player who would enjoy playing at the Albion. Who wouldn't? I agree with comments on the team that we have at the moment being more of a unit, rather than "everyone else" and a few Charlie Big-Spuds. If CH thinks it's good for the team...
If this is a blip then I am happy to have one like this every season. The old days of the Christmas Collapse are hopefully long gone with CH at the helm.
Keep the faith.
