For those doom and gloom merchants on here, if we bring it back to football would you rather watch De Zerbi's Brighton trying to win a game but recognising that sometimes it might not come off or Marco Silva's Fulham who will win games but bore you rigid in doing so?
I have been to a lot places I would otherwise not have visited but while it sounds glamorous, most of the time it isn't. If you get a few days somewhere then you do get time to actually experience a little but most of the time, I am like a budget version of Richard Ayoade or Joe Lycett.

Traveling into Brighton for work a few weeks ago, my ticket was checked between Worthing and Hove and then again on the shuttle from Hove to Brighton.
After the Bournemouth game at the start of the month there were Revenue Protection officers going through the train to Worthing 'reminding'...
I learned a long time ago it was more cost effective to bring in a professional rather than bodge it myself and then pay the professional more to fix my bodged efforts.
However, as you said paying someone is not an option, I would recommend that you move some furniture in front of the bit you...
Without wishing to defend Southern, for the last couple of games there have been 8 car services along the coast to and from the West. Not sure if this is going to be a regular thing but it definitely made a difference, especially for those getting on between Lancing and Hove.
Why would the club go to tender for an operation they don't own or manage? ST might be an official partner but are not the only provider out there - plenty of other buses and coaches in the coach park for each game from other groups. NWSS seem to run a popular service for that part of the...

Same here although I tend to pay it off as I go along for things like fuel, shopping, etc. I took mine out just before paying for a family holiday so managed to get plenty of bonus points as well.
Not forgetting that the seats are like ironing boards with no knee room if you are over 4ft tall so you need an osteopath appointment after every journey.
If that is the old Blue and grey three car unit, it is still regularly used on both Coastway lines.
Couldn't make 16th so got a refund on my original September coach booking from Seagull Travel (very fast and efficient).
Now it's moved again, I can make the 15th so had to rebook with ST only to find no availability where I wanted to travel from so will now have to drive somewhere else to get...
WoS definitely showed very brief NFL highlights before C4 was around. Probably only the SuperBowl and maybe the Championship games only though, not as a regular thing.
