Its pretty clear parliament will not allow that., But with May presenting an amendable bill (plan B) on Monday, it will probably be the last deal standing that will win through.
Well every time May tries to move her position and upsets elements of her party, she will probably face a confidence vote at every turn. Tonight was the easy one to win, she has not told her party or the DUP her plan B yet.
Her flagship policy/deal is a record defeat. What rabbit does she need to pull out of the hat to have any credibility or sell to people/MPs. We have a failed prime minister and government.
Quite incredible to basically only get the people you employ i.e cabinet and PPS to vote for your deal, and manage to piss everyone else off to vote against it. Where does she go now.
It is actually painful to watch, its like something out of the thick of it, he looks like he just wants to run away. I wonder if she can even hold her cabinet together.
He is mauling him...
Flagship policy and just smashed out the park. Jaw dropping how the government have failed to gain a consensus.
What credibility does she have, ministers now going for the 'don't let JC in' tactic.
