[Albion] Napoli interested in Billy Gilmour **Sold 30/08/24**

A player's value also depends crucially on the view of the manager. A new manager can view players differently. We have to trust in his view.

    [Albion] Maupay

They're not. Almost all think he was a terrible buy and are glad he's going.

    [Albion] New club website

I do like the app mostly but you're right that articles are hard to read because of alignment issues.

I assume you mean unchanged from Everton rather than last night😁

I don't get anyone marking Miler very low.

    [Albion] New Amex entrance numbering

The numbering is just a help. You can use any entrance for your stand. I was at Villarreal too.

[Albion] Season ticket not updateing in google wallet on android

No help for you now I'm afraid but all my group (3) had STs that archived at end of last season and then reappeared live on 1 August or thereabouts. There is a message on the app news section saying how busy they are.

    [Misc] Parking Eye- Liars

I'm confused here. If the clock is set to GMT it would still record the elapsed time correctly just an hour out at begging and end.

[Albion] Georginio Rutter - singed 19/8/24

No but some numbers are still available.

    [Albion] Tony I love you.

I think the management challenge now is to mold all the new players and old ones into a real team and squad. Fans will need to be patient for a while if it takes time to get.

[Albion] Georginio Rutter - singed 19/8/24

There is no deal with Leeds. The only say they have would be to offer a better contact than us and get the player to stay. Otherwise unless he wants to stay anyway, he comes to us.

[Politics] Protests/rioting in lots of places

I think we just found out that it wasn't a waste of time in most seats. There seem to be very few 'safe seats ' now given the volatile electorate. By the way I 'm not defending FPTP , I voted to change it but if you voted to keep it or didn't vote at all then you can't really complain how it works.

    [Politics] The Labour Government

The key there is "entitled". Many don't realise they are entitled so don't claim pension credit so won't get the heating allowance. It needs publicity to encourage claims from those who should get it but don't.

Ok I'll bite. Where is Boris in your list of liars? Or don't you think Tory lies count.?

    [Albion] Hürzeler’s (Brighton) Tactics

I agree about Milner. He has certainly shown how to anchor the midfield. I have no idea how to chose among the many others who could do a job. We also have an embarrassment of wingers.

Nail bars are notorious as places where modern slavery occurs. It would be good if the Home Office target the rogue employers and facilitators and not just the workers.

[Politics] The King's Speech - English devolution

Mayors and other local leaders are going to get powers in transport (specifically buses which are 60% of journeys.) As for planning, something like 90% of planning decisions are made at local level so if govt wants to move faster the power might have to be more centralised.

[Football] To all the Southgate haters / wrong again and again and again **SOUTHGATE NOW RESIGNED**

I don't think Gareth Southgate is a tactical genius but he certainly got it right yesterday. That said some of the personal abuse he has had on NSC is disgraceful and should be called out. No other England Manager since Alf Ramsey (and I watched that final) has got the team to a final so let's...
