We had post delivered last Sunday, which is a first in years. Hopefully the backlog will be cleared, and not just loaded up into stillages and stared at
Other than the postal service I thought we were doing ok, but DPD have just turned up and dropped a parcel down the driveway next to the bins. And then put card through the letterbox. I'm in!!
He didn't even try to make the delivery, which in this instance would have been quicker
I've just e-mailed the below to SS, as a suggestion....
Hi,
With the on-going postal strikes, there seems to be concern amongst fans with tickets for this game that they are not going to arrive in time.
With this in mind, would it be possible for the club to make arrangements for tickets to be...
The problem with scrapping it is that every contentious decision will face trial by television anyway. VAR is here to stay, the powers that be just need to use it correctly - and for me, therein lies the problem
Sadly it looks like you can only have one destination when opting for public transport. Swap to a car and multiple locations become possible.
Just looking at it stop by stop, it looks nigh on impossible in the time we have available during the day
Me and my son are thinking of this during the day before the Charlton game. We’re going to swerve our friends in SE25, as I’ve no desire to go there again, and he’s not interested either….
Has anybody attempted this on public transport? Starting at Charlton, and finishing at Charlton

To get the right level, they place a full bottle of water(complete with lid, just in case you're reading Mr Barber) in the middle of the stage and turn the subs...
Having changed the search criteria, I can now see 7 an hour which gives me a bit more confidence. Want to get the train as I’d like to enjoy a lazy trip up and a few beers, but will be with my teenage son
Trains from London Bridge won’t be the problem, it’s the one every 30 mins from Charlton that might be the bottle neck. Does anybody know if there will be any extra trains running to and from LBG? If you don’t get on the 22.10 or 22.40 from Charlton, it’s going to be a long night….
I’ve just had quick look on the Southern site, and if you break the journey down there’s loads of trains to Victoria, and loads from East Croydon to London Bridge. Getting there looks simple enough, getting home might be a slower exercise
