Just noticed, to put this in perspective - there are 62,000 threads making up these 3,000,000 posts, so an average of 48 posts per thread... yet 33,000 of them - over 1% of all the posts right back to Day 1 - are in the Brexit binfest thread :lolol:
Meanwhile TB & PB have a whale of time laughing at the binfest on here claiming we're screwed, have nothing happening, and aren't going to sign anyone.
I think people can care about more than just what happens on the pitch - a player making a connection with the club, fans & community can make all the difference. Of course, nationality has feck all to do with this either; the perfect example of the Amex era would surely be Inigo Calderon...
