Still think Gus needs another CM to compliment Bridcutt from the games I've seen of you, he seems to be the only forward option for your defenders when in possession.
46 games, you (meaning most teams) usually start looking like a real team around February. More games = perfect to embed Gus's philosophy.

As for getting used to the system he will fit like a glove when he gets fitness, he played for Us and Blackpool who to an extent play nice passing football too.

Dobbie didn't seem like he could make the step up with us, he thought he had more time than he actually did and lost the ball a lot when he played in the PL for us.
