My overriding opinion is that the if members of the FAB don’t feel like the club trust them with information they ‘should’, then that pretty well sums up the likely effectiveness of the group as a whole in terms of being to convince the club to make impactful changes.

I’d also find out if the estate agents have a particular firm that they work with. It can make things a bit smoother if both parties are used to working with each on a regular basis.

Our group, whilst basking in the result at the Amsterdam arena, all agreed that it might be as good as it ever gets. I think that might prove to be the case, and I’m absolutely fine with that.
