Think they were using “across the board” as an expression to mean “everyone involved in the decision making process”. Not the actual Board of Directors.

They were there near the back and held up their pompous little banners about Parish but without a drum or someone with a megaphone telling them what to do they were at a loss on how chant and create an atmosphere.

In Roland’s video you see that same crowd going through the gate at Brighton but they’ve not come from the front of the station but from the car park. Not sure of the exact route though. There is some sort of ramp up by the Green Door club under the station so maybe that? Or they get marched...
