I went for a jog yesterday for the first time in ages. Last night and this morning I have quite bad pain on the sole of my foot. After a bit of googling it appears in could well be Plantar Fasciitis. Anyone else had this? Any tips for recovery and prevention?

I used an online calculator to work out my 5k AG% and it comes out as 60.21%. Fastest 1 mile in recent times is 7.08.
Looking forward to getting these times down a bit in the coming weeks.
I did a 5km run the other morning in a pretty slow time of 23:22.....first run out for about two months. I only have it recorded on my fitbit app though. Does that count as a virtual time?
Man V Fat football is good as well. It helped me lose weight as I did not want to let the team down by putting on weight and scoring an own goal. Their is one at Sussex uni.
I am struggling to get to park runs this year, as my sons football team has moved training to 3G at a time that clashes. Is it only park run times you count in the table? I have just acquired a old garmin watch (forerunner 305), but I can not upload the data. Has anyone got an ideas?

I do think the summer course at Peacehaven is 150m too long, but the winter course comes up at exactly 5k on my tracker.

Thanks for the info, I will check them out. I usually do 5k runs with a 10k thrown in every 10 days or so. I want to try and get up to half marathon distance by the end of 2020.
