I'm targeting getting the 22.26 back from Norwood to avoid a replacement bus service (to Worthing).
Is this realistic or should we expect to be kept behind for long after the game?
I've received the ticket download email. I've followed the process through the portal and it says 'downloaded' next to the seat details. There's no barcode though - so where has it been downloaded to? Not showing in my 'passes' or 'wallet'
The draw is on 23rd Feb - just 13 DAYS before our first leg away tie.
Very little time to sort tickets, flights and accommodation!
I'm not complaining but will have to be on the pulse!
Really looking forward to our next match, this Thursday which will be very intriguing.
Let's not under estimate, winning the group is huge. To go straight through to the last 16 with home advantage in the 2nd leg and avoid an extra 2 legged knock out tie.
Marseille seem to be full of goals...
Wednesday's win has given me a lift and I've a sneaky suspicion the BTTS record may come to an end. In our favour.
And it will set us up nicely for Thursday which will bring excitement to another level. Literally can't wait for that one
Yellow was correct in my opinion. It wasn't violent conduct, Wissa was just trying to get the ball back and made minimal contact. The referee indicated that's what he had seen as well. Nothing for VAR to get involved in either. Move on
Initially it was a coming together and 50-50 but then Milner goes beyond that and commits the foul.
I don't understand what is and what isnt considered clear and obvious though.
He definitely pointed towards the penalty spot but it wasn't assertive, as to say he what he had given. It was more of a limp point with his hand close to his body
The onfield ref does have that power though but often chooses not to use it, instead backing up the VAR opinion.
As you say, onfield refs need to start standing by their decisions and stick by their initial decision
As others have said, VAR shouldn't be getting involved unless it's a clear and obvious mistake. The onfield decision not to award Fulham their 2nd pen was not a clear and obvious mistake. In fact, the referee was probably correct initially, not giving a pen. No way should he be revisiting that...
