Both upstairs and downstairs have battery lawnmowers and they let me plug in a borrowed powered strimmer. I've used 2 different mowers and 8 battery charges to do 3/4 of it down to 3" height filling up 4 black bags of trimmings. I will go battery powered eventually but it needs the whole summer...

Dismantle the eldests' bed. Make the new one from flatpack. Rearrange her room for her. Cut the old one up so it fits in the car then a massive overdue tip run. Should be done in plenty of time to have a couple before the game starts.

I have but looking at the length and thickness of it all I think it would take a whole weekend as I can't imagine battery power would be up to it....... But it's certainly an option once it's short for normal cutting...

RIP little man :( Horrendous news for anyone to deal with. Can't even begin to think what they're going through or what the surviving twin will always have to deal with throughout their life. Just awful for anyone to deal with.
