One thing I missed from last season is a big cup game. Yes, we had the Premier League giants that is Hull, but compared to the Liverpool, Arsenal and Newcastle matches of the passed few season, it didn't have that wow factor.

I would rest Tex. Could be a slightly scrappy game and don't want him picking up a knock. Have him on the bench incase we need his magic, but give some of the fringe players a chance?
