Oddly enough, it looks much better when worn by a professional footballer rather than a 58 year old DJ who's had a hard paper round
I'm still not sold on the shirt design - but much of that is because the design is compromised right form the outset by that stupid 'yoke' panel that Nike...
"I'm naturally a thrifty person - I like saving money, it's good for the environment," claims the naturally thrifty Liz Truss, who recently chartered the government's Airbus A321 for herself and officials to visit Australia at an estimated cost of £500,000, instead of taking a scheduled flight...
crodonilson and Dave from The Ship are putting together a consortium to bring it to the Lyme Regis International Convention Centre (assuming Big Money Gala Bingo can be moved to the British Legion for the night). I understand that Polly and Giles have been lined up as joint hosts whilst Gujit...
If you've watched the last 50 minutes and there is still even a tiny part of you that thinks Liz Truss is PM material, then frankly I'd be amazed if you actually manage to find your way to Eastbourne
Sunak is actually a very smart individual with a strong track record of senior positions so I'm not sure if he is low quality. Whether his lived experiences have equipped him with the necessary empathy, understanding and compassion to lead the country at this point is another matter of course...
Please... don't tag / name check other posters simply to provoke a reaction. It really feels like after a few months, those who tend to post in the Bear Bit threads bring the same M.O to the Main Board and the whole thing goes off the rails until threads are just the same half dozen of you end...
I'm happy to help moderate the Board for as long as Bozza wants me to do so. But posts like #204 on this thread don't make the task any easier, to be honest, and are completely out of line with the site owner's repeated requests to dial down the personal and abusive insults aimed directly...
I edited my post to include an apology for the tone of my reply, but it must have landed whilst you were responding. I’ll keep watching and reading your stuff even if Daniel Craig isn’t returning you calls or Paramount won’t give you $20m and Margot Robbie.
Well it just seems to be such a one-dimensional view. I reckon you must pour blood, sweat and tears into your movies to get the budget to get them made, find an audience and make some money. So it would serve no purpose to say, ‘yeah - but the special effects weren’t as good as Skyfall, Daniel...
**** me, why do you wonder that? Is it to try and prove some point that doesn’t need proving? I’m guessing your idea didn’t get anywhere and thank god for that. As the dad of a sports mad daughter, attitudes like that make life far more difficult than it needs to be. Let’s try an inspire people...
It was fantastic. The plane is from the1930s. A beautiful art deco piece of engineering that’s more window than fuselage! It makes you realise how, amongst other things, we’ve really ****ed up the experience of flying over the past 90 years!
The fields, to be fair, are all ripened wheat or...
