its a very easy going very ridable road bike, ideal for getting to work on I'd say one on my bestest mates rides one from Brighton to Hassocks every day !!!

right, specialized do a great road bike for £500 (called the Allez) that Rayment Cycles stock, absolutely ideal for what you need and a nice bike road bike to ride be nice to get it for £250 as well do you get 18 months to pay for it as well ???

it makes no odds really disks get we too people put disks on mountain bikes because they are alot more efficient at stopping you and if you badly buckle a wheel you can still get home and use the brake ..

yer I got that bit, which shops is what I'm after to find out which makes of bike they do ...

prehaps get some intermediates kinda slick in the middle with some nobs on the side best of both worlds :thumbsup:

it all depends on what make of bikes you can get through you work scheme !!! though from personal experience the more you spend on a road bike the harder they are to ride, around £500 for a nice alu frame road bike is about on the money

your quite right, also while we are on the subject I do like the new Sky+ series record adverts, the caveat at the end 'Sky+ will only recorded certain series'' is brilliant, a problem V+ certainly doesn't have..

its a Freesat only channel, which is quite annoying !!!

The HD version runs BBc HD and ITV Hd though I'm not sure if the ITV broadcast is just the euro games !!! HD is fanBLOOODYtastic though, I'd recommend it till the cows come home

get your self a hydration back pack, they dont make you sweet as much as you think, you can put all your bits in them and lots of nice water to drink on the way down as well !!! a bumBag will just rattle around your waist as you pedal and get really annoying quite quickly !!!
