A very good read
I, too, await with interest the results of the Bloom/Barber/Hughton/Ashworth summit meeting.I'd love to be a fly on the wall. I think there will be many changes this summer.
it used to be good but is now just a televised shouting match between a lot of self important, deluded :wanker: who have to have their 15 minutes of "fame".
All part of our social media infested generation where everyone thinks they're important and won't take the time to listen to anyone else.
I remember reading an interview with Tony Bloom where he said he always had a list of back up options for posts within the club even when things seemed to be going well. I'm sure he will have done as you say. I'm pleased we have these men looking after our club. Baby steps is the way to go
Sensible chaps - both of them.
I know Barber has his critics on here - not least for the "customers" quote from a few years ago but he does sound like a level headed bloke. Interesting that he is with the team and manager the night before away matches just in case Chris or the team need...
I'd echo the sentiments above of "anyone but Leeds"
In order of preference I suppose Derby, West Brom, Villa, Leeds but it's a close run thing between Derby and the Baggies. Definitely don't want dirty Leeds and Villa still feel that they're only playing in the Championship because of a mistake...
We all mixed on the terraces/seats.There were loads of Newcastle fans around us and everybody chatted in a friendly manner about their respective teams and how they thought they would do for the remainder of the season. At the end of the match they all wished us luck and we did the same. FFS one...
I'd rather not be relegated personally but even given that the Amex looks good under lights, we get extra bang for our buck as it were and it is a more competitive division. I personally am not a huge fan of evening matches mainly because travelling is a pain in the @rse for me. We're all different
I have already supported Liverpool so it's but a short step to supporting Palace and then Man Utd
I shall feel dirty but will have a good cleansing shower and (hopefully) rejoice
