Your division??!! OK, I know you've been in the top 2 divisions for 436 years (before you remind us!) But who is to say you will still be in [B]your [B]division next season?
It was said a few years ago that he could pay off Man Utd debts if he so wished. But who knows if that's true or not?
But he had a spare £90 million to blow on our shiny new stadium. FACT!
Problem is, it's not the staff that are now out of jobs that are to blame. The scum that initiated the discraceful phone tapping will probably never get punished.
But in answer to the original question, NO I won't buy it. I have plent of paper to wipe my arse.
So if CMS has joined us for the money, that means we offered him more than West Ham and Leicester did. Which obviously means we are prepared to spend big on wages.
A question for you then, how come we 'couldn't afford' to keep Glenn?
Someone posted it on the Argus comments to one of the Albion articles. Wouldn't worry about that, there's as many crap rumours on there as on here
27 years this September. I remember my proposal well, very romantic. I wanted to go to BHA v Southampton, she wasn't keen. I pulled over to a layby with a strop-on, then I calmed down and said 'will you marry me'
Exactly. I don't think we really appreciate what an opportunity this is for Gus. We are so used to being the poor relation. The job that every manager abandons as soon as something better comes along. But this is different. Gus has a chairman that is a fan of the club, and has plenty of money to...
If you sign him on a 3 year contract, at least you should expect to get a decent final year out of him when he is looking for a decent final pay day somewhere.
I live in Horsham and would be up for meetings, and coaches to the Amex. Much less hassle than driving, and allows for a couple of beers. (But not at £8.50!!) Count me in
What goes around comes around. What they did was wrong on so many levels, and I firmly believe they will get the dues owed them at some point.
And we, finally, get to move into a shiny new stadium.
Move on yes. Forgive and forget NEVER!
