I posted on another thread about this as it's far better to buy your tickets through Split Tickets as my tickets were all advance tickets on their site but they give you the option of giving you the ticket money as credit for another journey as long as it's taken in the next 11 months.

Split tickets website allows you to cancel your journey and credits your account and must be used by the end of next November.
As long as you done it before 6.00pm the day before your journey.
