I had the same issue with one of our group who was down as an adult instead of senior citizen when coming to book the reserved tickets online. A phone call to the customer service number (0845 8730251) and it was all sorted then and there in a matter of minutes.

I remember reading that these are going to be something in the region of £25 for a book of 25 vouchers but if using the park and ride will you need one voucher per car or one voucher for each person in the car?
