Righhhhttt.
So, what part of we worked hard on probably our #1 target - Andone - agreed a very complex and expensive deal (likely to have been c€20m) - only for Deportivo to reneg on the deal at the 11th hour forcing us to aim for someone who hit the brief (fast, young enough to have resale...
There's a great article in the times explaining how such nations game the system to ensure the best chance of being seeded in World Cups etc.
Can't link it as it's no longer free but it won't surprise you to know The FA aren't progressive enough to bother.
Guess they need to stick to being...
37, first game in 87 so 30th season of watching.
Pretty unblemished attendance record other than in the Wendy Withdean years when it was difficult to justify the cost when the games were so poor.
A very close family friend is very good friends with Ray Bloom. I've been told certain generalities - re Oscar wanting to leave and why (pre-Argus interview and Derby play off), stuff around the time Hyppia left and more recently information about our war chest but the only cast iron thing I was...
Exactly this. Reminds me very much of Sidwell when he initially rejoined. Propper just needs game time but for me has shown some lovely touches and vision; once his team mates and he get in sync think we have a player who easily commands respect and deserves to be in the division.
I iron everything in our house except the chuffing bed sheets. Can't be doing with all that faff. The Mrs has smaller hands that can get into all the nooks and crannies for that shizzle.
Typically I do it on a Sunday night in front of all my LAD tv on Netflix. Currently stuck into their Marvel...
I think CH see Gross as more of a grafter in that position but I'd argue that's actually the one position where you can forgive workrate for actual quality.
He's showed proper quality, awareness, vision and an eye for goal today but yeah, when he ****s a three yard pass on Saturday expect...
Flagged this on the Bloom happy with Summer transfers thread *FIXTURES KLAXON* and tagged Paul Winstanley about it on Twitter stating no wonder it's tough if this is the crap he and the club have to put up with (which he then liked).
Agents bear the brunt of my angst having watched it...
A new record of making it on to my ignore list. A single post. Utter drivel.
Anyway.
Provided the link works watch this enlightening video blog of Chris Wilder's deadline day and the crap that agents pull might change a few commonly held beliefs on here about how our window went...
I can't see it anything other than a seven.
Closed out gaping areas of a lack of top class competition for a number of our key starting eleven in all but one. Time will tell how costly that will be but for now, having spent close to £45m and being in the Premier League you should have nothing...
Sounds like he's a bit of a maverick and doesn't seem to rest well at clubs.
I'm happy to be very wrong and will undoubtedly come with extra technical ability but so far has basically been let go by Atalanta, Inter and Sporting Lisbon.
Inter cancelled his contract by mutual consent after...
Clearly not happening when this chap is incoming and we only want one defender:

There must be allowances for protracted scenarios such as work permits etc but you're right maybe we need to adopt the following equation to make sure:
Number of players to sign = N +1 where N equals the number of players you think you need to sign.
Yeah, you're right, he's clearly off and nowt going on at all...
