From where I was sitting, none of the saves looked that demanded. Good, yes, but nothing out of this world. Ash was my MOTM today, held the ball up as well as he ever has, good penalty and a poacher's finish.
For the record, I think all the players had great games today.
In the Songs household, it's always pretty much the same:
Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toast
Bucks fizz
Dinner:
Chicken
Turkey
Gammon
Lots of veg
Pigs in blankets
Stuffing
Lots of gravy
Champagne/wine
Post-dinner:
Cheese and biscuits
Port/more wine
With lots more drinks...
I always thought the second line should be "add deals to your cart" rather than the "buy one get one free" that people sing, as it rhymes with "with hope in your heart"
Quote from the man himself:
"I'm from Barcelona, I was born in Barcelona, but from Italian parents. All my family is Italian and even my sister was born in Italy. I feel half-Spanish, half-Italian."
Now let's all get along like a happy family. :) :) :)
At the time I would've understood if the lino had given a goal, I could see green between the ball and the line from the back of the WSU and couldn't see the correct angle, but surely the linesman can only award a goal if he is CERTAIN that the ball crossed the line?
183 people either haven't seen the correct angle, don't understand parallax error or don't understand the laws of the game. I'll give most of you the benefit of the doubt for not seeing the picture taken in line with the goal.
For the record, I thought it had crossed the line at the time, but I...
Don't forget that Peterborough, who were relegated last season, did the double over the runaway champions Cardiff. It's just the Championship. :mentel:
Seeing as they've worked on making the club more efficient, they can redirect money from other areas to the playing budget, so even though the overall budget has gone down, the playing budget has been increased, no?
