Definitely Mike Small for me. We had one great season out of him and if he had stayed we would could have pushed on. Him and John Byrne were great during the 90-91 season. Also gutted to see Mark Gall having to retire when he was by far our best player during that awful season of 91-92.
Anyone remember this guy. Apparently the best midfielder in the non league at the time when we signed him. Didn't have much of an impact at the Goldstone though.
If I recall Peter O'Sullivan left at the end of the 79/80 season and returned midway through 80/81 to put in some sterling performances to help us avoid the drop.
For the people who spent years at the Goldstone in the North Stand, just sit back relax and replace the relevant word with your favourite player.

Whats the name of the application where you speak into the phone and a little orange guy on the screen repeats it back in a high pitched voice. I saw it about a year ago but cannot remember the name. Any help appreciated. Cheers
