Just finished "Call the Midwife" - superbly written book, very interesting insight into the realms of nursing / midwifery in the 40s / 50s. Amazing to see quite how much society, nursing, and even the landscape of the East of London has changed in a relatively small amount of time.
Isn't technically their fault?? It isn't their fault at all. It's appalling that the staff are getting shouted out FULL STOP.
The food / service has to be better than it was at Withdean surely? Of course it isn't going to be perfect from the first season but I'm sure they have realised to work...
